Bayla is a small village of 1537 hectares in Sardarshahar Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bayla depends on SARDARSHAHAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, which is 26.28% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bayla is also surrounded by Two lakes. Bayla is a census village in the district of Churu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2313 and has total administration over 411 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 616 male, 506 female with 777 (69.25%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 518 males and 259 females. 408 males and 189 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 54 male and 47 female agricultural labor. 345 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of SARDARSHAHAR and Churu to sell ghee and make their living.
