Bhundal is a small village of 176 hectares in Rajsamand Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of , India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bhundal depends on RAJSAMAND, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 6.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bhundal is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bhundal's pin code is 313334[4], and village code is 03014600. The area of Bhundal is segregated as 9 hectares irrigated area, 82.2 hectares unirrigated, the 76 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 9 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Bhundal is a census village in the district of Rajsamand. The village has a total population of 709 and has total administration over 132 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 186 male, 83 female with 264 (98.14%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 184 males and 80 females. 39 males and 23 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 2 female agricultural labor. 5 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rajsamand to sell marble tiles and make their living.
