Binol is a small village of 1619 hectares in Rajsamand Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of , India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Binol depends on RAJSAMAND, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 107.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Binol is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Binol's pin code is 313327[4], and village code is 03015100. The area of Binol is segregated as 107 hectares irrigated area, 268 hectares unirrigated, the 913.54 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 252 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Binol has One post office (Binol B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Binol has One bank and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Binol is a census village in the district of Rajsamand, . The village has a total population of 2471 and has total administration over 523 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 912 (36.91%) males constitute 453 (18.33%) of the population and females 459 (18.58%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 46 (1.86%) males constitute 21 (0.85%) of the population and females 25 (1.01%).

The workforce is 647 male, 424 female with 834 (77.87%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 602 males and 232 females. 152 males and 112 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 15 male and 35 female agricultural labor. 237 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rajsamand to sell marble tiles and make their living.
