Bogla is a small village of 1152 hectares in Beawar Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bogla depends on Kekri, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bogla is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bogla's pin code is 305408[4], and village code is 02581100. The area of Bogla is segregated as 232 hectares irrigated area, 555 hectares unirrigated, the 45 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 152 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Bogla has One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Bogla has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Bogla is a census village in the district of Ajmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1443 and has total administration over 317 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Bogla has 175 children, 101 boys and 74 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 362 (25.09%) males constitute 187 (12.96%) of the population and females 175 (12.13%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 284 (19.68%) males constitute 136 (9.42%) of the population and females 148 (10.26%).

According to a census 2011 report, 680 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 356 male, 324 female with 600 (88.24%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 335 males and 265 females. 125 males and 158 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 29 male and 57 female agricultural labor. 80 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kekri and Ajmer to sell earthen pot and make their living.
