Budhanpur is a small village of 576 hectares in Pachpahar Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Budhanpur depends on Bhawani Mandi, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 101.50% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Budhanpur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Budhanpur's pin code is 326502[4], and village code is 04080700. The area of Budhanpur is segregated as 162.52 hectares irrigated area, 301.92 hectares unirrigated, the 75.83 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 36 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bhawani Mandi and Jhalawar to sell mawa and make their living.
