Bungi is a small village of 1503 hectares in Rajgarh Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bungi depends on RAJGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bungi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Bungi's pin code is 331023[4], and village code is 00587900. The area of Bungi is segregated as 1438.02 hectares unirrigated, the 41 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 24.01 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Bungi has One post office (Bungi B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Bungi has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Bungi is a census village in the district of Churu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2067 and has total administration over 419 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 587 male, 532 female with 141 (12.6%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 109 males and 32 females. 55 males and 25 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 8 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 978 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of RAJGARH and Churu to sell brick and make their living.
