Central Valley Fuego FC

Central Valley Fuego FC also known as CV Fuego FC or simply Fuego FC are a planned professional USL League One expansion team, based in Fresno, California, that is expected to kick off the first time in 2022.[1] The club's president is Chris Wilson.[2]

Foundation[edit]

Fuego FC will became the twelth professional club in California and the only one in Fresno after Fresno FC withdrew from USL Championship in 2019,[3] the club has been announced on December 8, 2020[4] and the logo has been unveiled on January 21, 2021.[5]

Colors and crest[edit]

Fuego colors will be black and red and the logo is a shield with the green stripe rapresenting the agricolture that's the most important economy of the valley and the red flames in the bottom meaning the big passion of the local population for soccer.[5]
