Chanawla is a small village of 239 hectares in Kushalgarh Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chanawla depends on Kushalgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Chanawla is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chanawla's pin code is 327606[4], and village code is 03486900. The area of Chanawla is segregated as 43 hectares irrigated area, 99 hectares unirrigated, the 47 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 50 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Chanawla has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Chanawla is a census village in the district of Banswara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1404 and has total administration over 309 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 7 (0.50%) males constitute 5 (0.36%) of the population and females 2 (0.14%).

The workforce is 391 male, 384 female with 613 (79.1%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 315 males and 298 females. 262 males and 258 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 40 male and 36 female agricultural labor. 162 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kushalgarh and Banswara to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
