Chetkuri Madhusudhan is from Hyderabad.He graduated from Osmania University.He is into automobile and finance business for 15 years before pursue a career as film director.

In 2023 Chetkuri Madhusudhan debuted as a director with Chakravyuham: The Trap.[1][2][3]a murder mystery investigative crime thriller produced by chetkuri savithri under the banner of sahasra creations.The film stars Ajay (actor) [4],gnaneshwari kandregula ,Vivek Trivedi ,pragya Nayan ,urvashi pardeshi as the main leads[5]
