Chua is a small village of 2245 hectares in Degana Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chua depends on Goredi Chancha, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chua is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Chua's pin code is 341301[4], and village code is 01849200. The area of Chua is segregated as 379 hectares irrigated area, 1703 hectares unirrigated, the 99 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 64 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Goredi Chancha and Nagaur to sell ghee and make their living.
