Citizens In A State (Arabic: مواطنون ومواطنات في دولة, Mouwatinoun wa mouwatinat fi dawla or MMFD for short) is a lebanese political party. The party's motto is "To decisively contribute in the building of a civil, democratic, fair, and capable state".[1] It was launched in 2016 in the medina theater[2] prior to the 2016 municipal elections.[3][4] The party is one of the organizations participating in the 2019 Lebanese protests. Charbel Nahas is the current party's general secretary.
