Dadal is a small village of 2980 hectares in Sayla Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dadal depends on BHINMAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 299.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dadal is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dadal's pin code is 343032[4], and village code is 02274500. The area of Dadal is segregated as 2318 hectares irrigated area, 198 hectares unirrigated, the 380 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 84 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Dadal has One post office (Dadal B.O) and Nineteen public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Dadal has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Dadal is a census village in the district of Jalor, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 5958 and has total administration over 1011 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 1207 (20.26%) males constitute 653 (10.96%) of the population and females 554 (9.30%).

According to a census 2011 report, 2955 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 1584 male, 1371 female with 2247 (76.04%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 1366 males and 881 females. 1100 males and 766 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 105 male and 50 female agricultural labor. 708 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BHINMAL and Jalor to sell ghee and make their living.
