    Damien Ler (Chinese: 吕顺天) (born 20 July 1978) is a Singaporean sports administrator. He is appointed the assistant chef de mission for the Singapore contingent at the SEA Games 2022 in Hanoi.

    Ler has served as diving team manager at various major Games and worked in high performance sport administration role at a national sports association.[1]

    As a former national athlete, Ler represented Singapore in double trap shooting at the Asian Games 2002 in Incheon, Republic of Korea.[2]
