Daudpur is a small village of 456 hectares in Karauli Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Daudpur depends on BARI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Daudpur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Daudpur's pin code is 322242[4], and village code is 01228300. The area of Daudpur is segregated as 21.4 hectares irrigated area, 132.63 hectares unirrigated, the 68.38 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 163.33 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Daudpur has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Daudpur is a census village in the district of Karauli, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 694 and has total administration over 124 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Daudpur has 169 children, 91 boys and 78 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 320 (46.11%) males constitute 171 (24.64%) of the population and females 149 (21.47%).

The workforce is 189 male, 90 female with 138 (49.46%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 129 males and 9 females. 88 males and 2 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 28 male and 5 female agricultural labor. 141 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BARI and Karauli to sell ghee and make their living.
