DeLuca Preserve is a 27,000 acres (11,000 ha) protected area in Florida It was donated by the DeLuca family in 2020..^[1] Ducks Unlimited hold the property's conservation easement.^[2]

It is part of an area of habitat for Florida grasshopper sparrows. Cattle and citrus are raised on the preserve property. It also includes flatwood forest, Florida scrub, and swamp.^[3] Other wildlife on the property include Florida panther, gopher tortoise, and red-cockaded woodpecker. Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park and the Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area are nearby.^[4]

The Florida Wildflower Foundation planned an outing in the preserve for October 2023.^[5]

The University of Florida's Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) posted a video about the preserve on YouTube. Various research projects are being conducted on the property. Access to the preserve is by appointment.^[1]
