    Delaware, (stylized as delaware), is a multinational professional service company specializing in IT consulting services. Delaware operates out of 24 global offices in 12 countries with over 2400 employees.

    Founding[edit]

    Delaware was founded in Belgium in 2003[1][2] as an independent partnership after a management buy-out from Andersen Consulting and Deloitte Belgium[3].

    Branding[edit]

    When delaware was carved out of Andersen/Deloitte Belgium in 2003, it took up the brand Delaware Consulting. The name "Delaware" was converted from Delaware Computing, a subsidiary that was owned by Andersen Belgium.
