Dhanera is a small village of 399 hectares in Reodar Tehsil in Sirohi district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhanera depends on ABU ROAD, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 85.10% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dhanera is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dhanera's pin code is 307511[4], and village code is 02382600. The area of Dhanera is segregated as 156 hectares irrigated area, 138.9 hectares unirrigated, the 28.1 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 76.2 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Dhanera has One post office (Dak B.O) and One public telephone. Dhanera has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Dhanera is a census village in the district of Sirohi, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 716 and has total administration over 1387 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 530 (74.02%) males constitute 507 (70.81%) of the population and females 86 (12.01%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 51 (7.12%) males constitute 35 (4.89%) of the population and females 444 (62.01%).

The workforce is 350 male, 210 female with 150 (37.88%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 60 males and 153 females. 51 males and 16 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 7 male and 3 female agricultural labor. 246 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of ABU ROAD and Sirohi to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
