Dhanwas is a small village of 457 hectares in Jhalrapatan Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhanwas depends on Jhalawar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 28.21% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump.
