Dheegal is a small village of 851 hectares in Didwana Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dheegal depends on Didwana, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 257.95% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dheegal is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dheegal's pin code is 341506[4], and village code is 01781900. The area of Dheegal is segregated as 257.95 hectares irrigated area, 550.96 hectares unirrigated, the 20.92 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 20.81 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dheegal is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1789 and has total administration over 302 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 409 (22.86%) males constitute 204 (11.40%) of the population and females 205 (11.46%).

The workforce is 473 male, 409 female with 742 (84.13%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 419 males and 323 females. 332 males and 262 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 45 male and 52 female agricultural labor. 140 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Didwana and Nagaur to sell earthen pots and make their living.
