Dhekla is a small village of 280 hectares in Jamwa Ramgarh Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhekla depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 112.98% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dhekla is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dhekla's pin code is 303120[4], and village code is 01587200. The area of Dhekla is segregated as 112.98 hectares irrigated area, 58.17 hectares unirrigated, the 73.45 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 5.05 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Dhekla has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Dhekla is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 562 and has total administration over 101 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 66 (11.74%) males constitute 40 (7.12%) of the population and females 26 (4.63%).

According to a census 2011 report, 269 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 131 male, 138 female with 147 (54.65%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 125 males and 22 females. 93 males and 14 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 1 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 122 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaipur and Jaipur to sell wood furniture and make their living.
