Dhoolpuri is a small village of 240 hectares in Alwar Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhoolpuri depends on ALWAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 15.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dhoolpuri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dhoolpuri's pin code is 301023[4], and village code is 00845600. The area of Dhoolpuri is segregated as 59 hectares irrigated area, 110 hectares unirrigated, the 28 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 43.38 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dhoolpuri has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Dhoolpuri is a census village in the district of Alwar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1095 and has total administration over 177 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Dhoolpuri has 206 children, 117 boys and 89 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 188 (17.17%) males constitute 106 (9.68%) of the population and females 82 (7.49%).

The workforce is 330 male, 276 female with 272 (44.88%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 264 males and 8 females. 158 males and 1 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 47 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 334 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Alwar to sell earthen pot and make their living.
