Dokwa is a small village of 1851 hectares in Rajgarh Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dokwa depends on RAJGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dokwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Dokwa's pin code is 331023[4], and village code is 00594400. The area of Dokwa is segregated as 1640.47 hectares unirrigated, the 84.96 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 125.26 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dokwa has One post office (Dokwa B.O). The village is connected with a single bus service. Dokwa has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Dokwa is a census village in the district of Churu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2583 and has total administration over 467 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Dokwa has 377 children, 213 boys and 164 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 467 (18.08%) males constitute 243 (9.41%) of the population and females 224 (8.67%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 57 (2.21%) males constitute 31 (1.20%) of the population and females 26 (1.01%).

The workforce is 749 male, 683 female with 821 (57.33%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 646 males and 175 females. 435 males and 154 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 17 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 611 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of RAJGARH and Churu to sell furniture and make their living.
