Dotina is a small village of 1344 hectares in Jayal Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dotina depends on Nagaur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 16.48% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dotina is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Dotina's pin code is 341503[4], and village code is 01797200. The area of Dotina is segregated as 709.94 hectares irrigated area, 437.87 hectares unirrigated, the 133.44 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 62.86 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dotina is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1747 and has total administration over 328 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 518 (29.65%) males constitute 275 (15.74%) of the population and females 243 (13.91%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Nagaur to sell ghee and make their living.
