Ekaterina Vladimirovna Derzhavina (born September 8, 1967) is a Russian pianist. She is the winner of the 1st prize in the first International J. S. Bach Piano Competition in 1992.[1] She is notable for her outstanding recordings and performances of works by Johann Sebastian Bach[2][3], Joseph Haydn and Nikolai Medtner. Derzhavina is currently an associate professor at Moscow State Conservatory.[4]
