Everest Cuisine was established in 2019 by Anil Pandey, Prince Karki and his team located at 425 North Whisman Road, Mountain View, in Silicon Valley, and has become a popular destination for foodies who are looking for an authentic Nepalese dining experience. Since then, the restaurant has opened a second branch in the San Jose area.[3]

The restaurant serves a wide variety of dishes, ranging from appetizers to soups, salads, and main courses. These dishes are prepared with fresh, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients, which makes the food even more delicious. The menu includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and the restaurant also offers vegan dishes for those who prefer plant-based food.[4]
