Farren Morgan (born 22 June 1986) is a British fitness instructor, lifestyle coach, author, and soldier.[1] He is the founder of Farren Morgan Coaching, a global online coaching business known for its tactical training programmes. Morgan specialises in curating tactical training programmes based on the strength and conditioning approach. He is best known for his 8 Week tactical training programme and 1-2-1 coaching.[2]
Morgan has over six years of experience working in the British Army at the rank of Lance Sergeant. As of 2021, Morgan is serving as a soldier in the British Army, operating as a PTI for the Coldstream Guards in Westminster, London. He is also a member of the Guards Parachute platoon and the author of the 10 Week Tactical Athlete Conditioning, 8 Week Tactical Training, 12 week Tactical Athlete Strength and Conditioning, and the 8 Week Tactical Bootcamp Ebooks. Morgan is regarded as one of the leading motivational influencers and tactical athletes across the country.[3]
Morgan was born on 22 June 1986 in Nuneaton to Samantha Morgan and Trevor Morgan. He grew up with a brother, Jarrod Morgan.
Morgan began his career in 2015 when he joined the British Army. Within six years, he assumed several roles, and as of 2021, he is the PTI for the Coldstream Guards in Westminster, London. Morgan is also a member of the Guards Parachute Platoon (6 Guards Platoon), an incorporated B Company, comprising volunteers who have passed P Company from the five regiments of Foot Guards and Infantry.
After joining the Army, Morgan became passionate about sharing his expertise with the civilians and training them to become soldiers. In order to carry out this mission, Morgan decided to take this initiative public and hence established an online platform where people could have access to his personalized routines and tactical training programs. His brand aims at educating, strengthening, and supporting global Tactical Athletes.[4][5]
Morgan’s training programmes are from 8-12 week courses and cover all the aspects of tactical training such as running, asthetics, strength, and conditioning. The 8 Week Tactical Training Programme is designed to help athletes adapt their body to any style of training be it liss, hiit, Tabbing, Circuit, and Strength Training by using various conditioning techniques. The 1-2-1 Training is a custom-made programme designed to cater to an individual’s goals, which are modified according to the individual's needs.
Morgan’s personalised programmes, comprising his knowledge of extensive military training gained recognition within a few months of their commercialisation. His Fitness brand gained over 12K organic followers in 9 months, and Morgan also received a sponsorship from Grenade. Apart from that, Morgan has also published four guide e-books based on improving fitness, stamina, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and building lean muscle.
