Farso is a small village of 824 hectares in Bayana Tehsil in Bharatpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Farso depends on BAYANA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Farso is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Farso's pin code is 321401[4], and village code is 01067500. The area of Farso is segregated as 483 hectares irrigated area, 261 hectares unirrigated, the 25 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 55 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Farso has One post office (Farso B.O). Farso has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Farso is a census village in the district of Bharatpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2738 and has total administration over 498 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 956 (34.92%) males constitute 504 (18.41%) of the population and females 452 (16.51%).

The workforce is 685 male, 568 female with 387 (30.89%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 286 males and 101 females. 164 males and 55 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 52 male and 34 female agricultural labor. 866 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BAYANA and Bharatpur to sell rope making and make their living.
