Gajoo is a small village of 1928 hectares in Nagaur Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gajoo depends on Kuchera, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gajoo is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Gajoo's pin code is 341024[4], and village code is 01810700. The area of Gajoo is segregated as 1110.71 hectares irrigated area, 736.29 hectares unirrigated, the 53.91 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 26.69 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gajoo is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3252 and has total administration over 585 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 1286 (39.54%) males constitute 646 (19.86%) of the population and females 640 (19.68%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kuchera and Nagaur to sell cement pillar and make their living.
