Garadiya is a small village of 656 hectares in Bagidora Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Garadiya depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Garadiya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Garadiya's pin code is 327606[4], and village code is 03469200. The area of Garadiya is segregated as 399.9 hectares irrigated area, 10.12 hectares unirrigated, the 192.3 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 53.63 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The workforce is 234 male, 216 female with 330 (73.33%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 172 males and 158 females. 146 males and 100 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 13 male and 52 female agricultural labor. 120 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Banswara to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
