Ghar is a small village of 1829 hectares in Deoli Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ghar depends on Deoli, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ghar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ghar's pin code is 304802[4], and village code is 02671300. The area of Ghar is segregated as 378 hectares irrigated area, 623 hectares unirrigated, the 303 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 524.87 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Ghar has One post office (Ghad B.O) and Seventy Three public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Ghar has One bank, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Ghar is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 4160 and has total administration over 856 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Ghar has 592 children, 320 boys and 272 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 1719 (41.32%) males constitute 903 (21.71%) of the population and females 816 (19.62%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 61 (1.47%) males constitute 31 (0.75%) of the population and females 30 (0.72%).

According to a census 2011 report, 2082 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 1193 male, 889 female with 1211 (58.17%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 800 males and 411 females. 182 males and 144 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 83 male and 140 female agricultural labor. 871 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Deoli and Tonk to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
