Godarli is a small village of 5415 hectares in Phalodi Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Godarli depends on Phalodi, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Godarli is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Godarli's pin code is 342301[4], and village code is 01915600. The area of Godarli is segregated as 375 hectares irrigated area, 3724 hectares unirrigated, the 1155 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 161 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The village is connected with a single bus service. Godarli has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Godarli is a census village in the district of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1630 and has total administration over 268 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Godarli has 368 children, 200 boys and 168 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 429 (26.32%) males constitute 230 (14.11%) of the population and females 199 (12.21%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 110 (6.75%) males constitute 52 (3.19%) of the population and females 58 (3.56%).

The workforce is 455 male, 360 female with 576 (70.67%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 398 males and 178 females. 216 males and 140 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 75 male and 13 female agricultural labor. 239 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Phalodi and Jodhpur to sell woolan cloths and make their living.
