Gorda is a small village of 668 hectares in Todabhim Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gorda depends on TODABHIM, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 128.92% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gorda is also surrounded by Two lakes. Gorda is a census village in the district of Karauli, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1970 and has total administration over 369 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of TODABHIM and Karauli to sell ghee and make their living.
