Gordha is a small village of 746 hectares in Nasirabad Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gordha depends on Shahpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Gordha is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gordha's pin code is 305407[4], and village code is 02586200. The area of Gordha is segregated as 80 hectares irrigated area, 209 hectares unirrigated, the 220 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 237 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Gordha has One post office (Gordha B.O) and One public telephone. Gordha has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Gordha is a census village in the district of Ajmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1594 and has total administration over 375 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 348 (21.83%) males constitute 171 (10.73%) of the population and females 177 (11.10%).

According to a census 2011 report, 794 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 397 male, 397 female with 743 (93.58%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 378 males and 365 females. 261 males and 316 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 39 male and 28 female agricultural labor. 51 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Shahpura and Ajmer to sell earthen pot and make their living.
