Graziano Messana, (17 may 1975), ORB, OMRI, OSI, is an Italian businessman, university professor and president of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of São Paulo and Eurochambers.[1].
Graduated in Economics from LUISS G. Carli in Rome, he began his career in the financial sector and in 2006 moved to São Paulo where he continued working in finance[2].
In 2020 he was elected President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of São Paulo[3], founded in 1903, and in 2023 he assumed the presidency of Eurochambers[4], the Chamber that brings together all member states of the European Union[5] in Brazil[6].
He is responsable of the Investment Guide in Brazil at the Italian Embassy in Brasília[7].
Messana is visiting professor at LUISS G. Carli[8].
He is a member of several boards of directors of Brazilian and international companies[9] and works pro bono in several non-profit entities[10].
In 2018 the Italian Government named him Knight of the Italian Republic (OMRI).
In 2021, the Italian Government appointed him Commander of the Order of the Star of Italy (OSI)[11].
In 2021 the Brazilian Government appointed him Commander of the Order of Rio Branco (ORB)[12]
