Gurha is a small village of 202 hectares in Sri Madhopur Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gurha depends on Reengus, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 70.50% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gurha is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Gurha's pin code is 332603[4], and village code is 01736300. The area of Gurha is segregated as 71.52 hectares irrigated area, 107.31 hectares unirrigated, the 9.37 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 13.52 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gurha has One post office (Gudha B.O) and One public telephone. Gurha has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Gurha is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2443 and has total administration over 377 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Gurha has 329 children, 180 boys and 149 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 480 (19.65%) males constitute 248 (10.15%) of the population and females 232 (9.50%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 10 (0.41%) males constitute 5 (0.20%) of the population and females 5 (0.20%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Reengus and Sikar to sell ghee and make their living.
