Guwar is a small village of 1246 hectares in Neem-Ka-Thana Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Guwar depends on Neem ka Thana, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 73.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Guwar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Guwar's pin code is 332705[4], and village code is 01749300. The area of Guwar is segregated as 95 hectares irrigated area, 138 hectares unirrigated, the 108 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 113 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Guwar has Three public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Guwar has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Guwar is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2840 and has total administration over 462 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Guwar has 424 children, 229 boys and 195 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 67 (2.36%) males constitute 32 (1.13%) of the population and females 35 (1.23%).

The workforce is 722 male, 487 female with 459 (37.97%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 429 males and 30 females. 106 males and 9 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 14 male and 10 female agricultural labor. 750 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Neem ka Thana and Sikar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
