Haripura is a small village of 336 hectares in Sahara Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Haripura depends on Gulabpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 43.18% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Haripura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Haripura's pin code is 311805[4], and village code is 02805900. The area of Haripura is segregated as 93.31 hectares irrigated area, 122.15 hectares unirrigated, the 82.84 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 37.93 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Haripura is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 935 and has total administration over 188 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Haripura has 120 children, 58 boys and 62 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 29 (3.10%) males constitute 15 (1.60%) of the population and females 14 (1.50%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 123 (13.16%) males constitute 62 (6.63%) of the population and females 61 (6.52%).

The workforce is 274 male, 267 female with 242 (44.73%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 222 males and 20 females. 143 males and 10 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 27 male and 7 female agricultural labor. 299 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Gulabpura and Bhilwara to sell ghee and make their living.
