Hathora is a small village of 464 hectares in Sri Madhopur Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Hathora depends on Shahpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 96.86% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Hathora is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Hathora's pin code is 332701[4], and village code is 01742100. The area of Hathora is segregated as 96.86 hectares irrigated area, 56.99 hectares unirrigated, the 85.19 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

Hathora has One post office (Mandusiya B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Hathora has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Hathora is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 847 and has total administration over 143 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 130 (15.35%) males constitute 64 (7.56%) of the population and females 66 (7.79%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Shahpura and Sikar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
