Hiyaliya is a small village of 745 hectares in Bhinay Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Hiyaliya depends on Vijainagar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 15.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Hiyaliya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Hiyaliya's pin code is 305622[4], and village code is 02559200. The area of Hiyaliya is segregated as 127 hectares irrigated area, 235 hectares unirrigated, the 66 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 317 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Hiyaliya is a census village in the district of Ajmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1279 and has total administration over 251 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 132 (10.32%) males constitute 69 (5.39%) of the population and females 63 (4.93%).

According to a census 2011 report, 549 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 323 male, 226 female with 308 (56.1%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 202 males and 106 females. 163 males and 77 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 32 male and 23 female agricultural labor. 241 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Vijainagar and Ajmer to sell mawa and make their living.
