Jablen is a small village of 136 hectares in Pirawa Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jablen depends on Pirawa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 8.44% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jablen is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jablen's pin code is 326034[4], and village code is 04112600. The area of Jablen is segregated as 12.64 hectares irrigated area, 61.74 hectares unirrigated, the 20.23 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 40.96 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Jablen has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Jablen is a census village in the district of Jhalawar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 149 and has total administration over 29 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Jablen has 24 children, 11 boys and 13 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 5 (3.36%) males constitute 3 (2.01%) of the population and females 2 (1.34%).

The workforce is 47 male, 43 female with 42 (46.67%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 40 males and 2 females. 35 males and 2 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 1 male. 48 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pirawa and Jhalawar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
