Jainagar is a small village of 229 hectares in Asind Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jainagar depends on Asind, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 37.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Jainagar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Jainagar's pin code is 311204[4], and village code is 02789400. The area of Jainagar is segregated as 52 hectares irrigated area, 97 hectares unirrigated, the 66 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 14 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Jainagar is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1070 and has total administration over 232 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Jainagar has 103 children, 58 boys and 45 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 245 (22.90%) males constitute 133 (12.43%) of the population and females 112 (10.47%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 54 (5.05%) males constitute 26 (2.43%) of the population and females 28 (2.62%).

The workforce is 304 male, 303 female with 565 (93.08%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 302 males and 263 females. 154 males and 159 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 34 male and 72 female agricultural labor. 42 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Asind and Bhilwara to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
