    The origin of Jamaica Homes dates back to Dean and his wife, Jody Jones's fascination with Grand Designs in the UK.[4] Inspired by the allure of mansions built by returnees in Jamaica, Dean and Jody documented their journey on the Jamaica Homes YouTube channel. This exploration prompted Dean to establish Jamaica-Homes.com, transitioning from documenting returnee mansions to creating a groundbreaking online platform for Caribbean property listings.[5]

    Jamaica Homes emerged onto the real estate scene in July 2019 in Kingston, St. Andrews. The company was officially registered in Jamaica as a business entity in 2021. Founded by Dean Jones, Jamaica Homes is a property listing platform catering to individuals seeking to buy, sell, or rent properties.
