Jasasar is a small village of 2713 hectares in Churu Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jasasar depends on CHURU, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 7.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jasasar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Jasasar's pin code is 331001[4], and village code is 00628000. The area of Jasasar is segregated as 7 hectares irrigated area, 2261.06 hectares unirrigated, the 190.05 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 255.05 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Jasasar has One post office (Jasasar B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Jasasar has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Jasasar is a census village in the district of Churu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2915 and has total administration over 496 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 624 (21.41%) males constitute 319 (10.94%) of the population and females 305 (10.46%).

The workforce is 862 male, 777 female with 1374 (83.83%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 778 males and 596 females. 346 males and 409 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 252 male and 145 female agricultural labor. 265 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Churu to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
