Jawda is a small village of 323 hectares in Beejoliya Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jawda depends on Beejoliya Kalan, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 50.06% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jawda is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jawda's pin code is 311602[4], and village code is 02945900. The area of Jawda is segregated as 75.2 hectares irrigated area, 86.96 hectares unirrigated, the 114.15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 46.22 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Jawda has One public telephone. Jawda has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Jawda is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1011 and has total administration over 215 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Jawda has 126 children, 68 boys and 58 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 304 (30.07%) males constitute 152 (15.03%) of the population and females 152 (15.03%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 101 (9.99%) males constitute 48 (4.75%) of the population and females 53 (5.24%).

The workforce is 276 male, 246 female with 397 (76.05%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 223 males and 174 females. 53 males and 84 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 91 male and 75 female agricultural labor. 125 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Beejoliya Kalan and Bhilwara to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
