Kaleti is a small village of 1653 hectares in Bagora Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kaleti depends on BHINMAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, which is 335.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kaleti is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Kaleti's pin code is 343030[4], and village code is 02310600. The area of Kaleti is segregated as 585 hectares irrigated area, 770 hectares unirrigated, the 87 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 210.78 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kaleti has One post office (Kaleti B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Kaleti has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Kaleti is a census village in the district of Jalor, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2464 and has total administration over 405 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Kaleti has 415 children, 235 boys and 180 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 285 (11.57%) males constitute 150 (6.09%) of the population and females 135 (5.48%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 416 (16.88%) males constitute 223 (9.05%) of the population and females 193 (7.83%).

The workforce is 668 male, 638 female with 1180 (90.35%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 629 males and 551 females. 578 males and 529 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 6 male and 4 female agricultural labor. 126 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BHINMAL and Jalor to sell earthenpot and make their living.
