Kalewa is a small village of 1077 hectares in Pachpadra Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kalewa depends on BALOTRA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kalewa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Kalewa's pin code is 344032[4], and village code is 02139700. The area of Kalewa is segregated as 862.96 hectares unirrigated, the 187 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 27 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Kalewa has One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Kalewa has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Kalewa is a census village in the district of Barmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 888 and has total administration over 132 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 39 (4.39%) males constitute 21 (2.36%) of the population and females 18 (2.03%).

The workforce is 238 male, 176 female with 360 (86.96%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 220 males and 140 females. 170 males and 136 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 2 male. 54 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BALOTRA and Barmer to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
