Kaliyasar is a small village of 448 hectares in Jhunjhunu Tehsil in Jhunjhunu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kaliyasar depends on BISSAU, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 7.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kaliyasar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kaliyasar's pin code is 331026[4], and village code is 00668400. The area of Kaliyasar is segregated as 7 hectares irrigated area, 383 hectares unirrigated, the 45 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 13 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kaliyasar is a census village in the district of Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 879 and has total administration over 162 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 552 (62.80%) males constitute 273 (31.06%) of the population and females 279 (31.74%).

According to a census 2011 report, 470 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 231 male, 239 female with 375 (79.79%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 175 males and 200 females. 120 males and 176 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 2 female agricultural labor. 95 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BISSAU and Jhunjhunu to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
