Kaneti is a small village of 188 hectares in Rajgarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kaneti depends on RAJGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 19.10% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kaneti is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kaneti's pin code is 301413[4], and village code is 00913100. The area of Kaneti is segregated as 49.14 hectares irrigated area, 35.95 hectares unirrigated, the 90.9 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 11.85 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Kaneti has One post office (Kanethi B.O). Kaneti has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Kaneti is a census village in the district of Alwar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 768 and has total administration over 156 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Kaneti has 108 children, 59 boys and 49 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 109 (14.19%) males constitute 66 (8.59%) of the population and females 43 (5.60%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 432 (56.25%) males constitute 239 (31.12%) of the population and females 193 (25.13%).

Employment[edit]
According to a census 2011 report, 365 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 216 male, 149 female with 295 (80.82%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 190 males and 105 females. 128 males and 71 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 12 female agricultural labor. 70 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of RAJGARH and Alwar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
