Kangansar is a small village of 618 hectares in Fatehpur Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kangansar depends on fatehpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 49.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kangansar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kangansar's pin code is 332303[4], and village code is 01670000. The area of Kangansar is segregated as 49 hectares irrigated area, 521 hectares unirrigated, the 32 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 16 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kangansar is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 606 and has total administration over 100 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 54 (8.91%) males constitute 30 (4.95%) of the population and females 24 (3.96%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of fatehpur and Sikar to sell ghee and make their living.
