Kashmor is a small village of 753 hectares in Chittaurgarh Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kashmor depends on Chittaurgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 98.97% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kashmor is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kashmor's pin code is 312201[4], and village code is 03597100. The area of Kashmor is segregated as 163.62 hectares irrigated area, 359.74 hectares unirrigated, the 147.16 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 47.43 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kashmor is a census village in the district of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1321 and has total administration over 310 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Kashmor has 137 children, 83 boys and 54 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 89 (6.74%) males constitute 41 (3.10%) of the population and females 48 (3.63%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 172 (13.02%) males constitute 83 (6.28%) of the population and females 89 (6.74%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chittaurgarh and Chittorgarh to sell earthen pot and make their living.
